Do I need to know my exact size before I order?

No. Just tell us your usual shoe size at checkout. After payment, we send you a step-by-step measuring guide with a video. 

We make each pair to the measurements you send us, not to a standard size chart.
What if I'm not sure I measured correctly?

This is why we have your usual size as the reference size so if we notice anything different, we will reach out to you and walk you through how to measure again. 
How do I pay?

You can pay directly on the website
Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, until your pair goes into production. Every Lummfort pair is made to your measurements, so what we can do depends on how far along your order is:

  • Before you send your measurements: you can change your style, color, or cancel for a full refund.
  • After you've sent your measurements: you can still make changes until we start cutting. If you cancel at this stage, we'll refund your payment minus [fee or percentage].
  • Once cutting has started: your pair is being made just for you, so we can't cancel or change the order.
